Colour Policy

For all colour appointments, you’ll need a consultation and skin test at least 48 hours before your service.

This helps us understand your hair history, check suitability and make sure your appointment is safe, smooth and planned properly. 

 

All colours will require a deposit. We require 48hr notice of cancellation. Failure to cancel with 48hrs notice will be charged at deposit amount. No shows will result in 100% fee of service and will not be ab le to rebook until fee is paid.
